OFFICIAL REFUND & CANCELLATION 

Our policy
If for some reason the event is canceled due to unforeseen/uncontrollable reasons not caused by Pips Entertainment (e.g. natural disaster, global or local viral pandemic, catastrophic weather conditionals, local civil unrest, war) our policy is 85% of the monies paid by the “registered guest” will be returned to the registered guest. The 15% balance will be withheld by Pips Entertainment for incurred/expected administrative and operating costs. Should the registered guest elect not to accept 85% of the monies paid, the paid monies will be held by Pips Entertainment and applied to the “next” schedule event only.
 
 
Should the registered guest cancel, no refund of any paid monies will be issued by Pips Entertainment. Alternatively, the registered guest may personally sell or transfer their package to a person of 21 years of age or older. Notification of the intent/successful sale or transfer of the purchased package is required to be communicated to Pips Entertainment no later than thirty (30) days in advance of the scheduled Pips Entertainment event.
